April 21, 2024 Sourdough Bread Workshop 2-5 pm

  Learn how to make sourdough, how to make two kinds of bread using the sourdough starter. Plus, you learn how to make amazing cinnamon rolls with the sourdough. Cost for the class is $25 per person, includes all materials and plenty to eat. Plus, you’ll leave with your own container of sourdough starter. 

April 28, 2024 Cyanotype Workshop 2-5pm

Cyanotype is a way making images using plants, feathers and natural items on paper or fabric. Your project will be developed under the sun, if cloudy with light, and after washing with water your image will appear. It’s fun and easy to do. Cost is $25 and refreshments will be served. 

May 19, 2024 Beginner Stained Glass Workshop 2-5 pm

  This workshop teaches you how to use and make a pattern, use it to cut out your glass, how to prep your glass, how to tape your glass to prepare it to solder. You’re shown how to use the stain glass tools and equipment to make a piece to hang in your window. All materials are included in the fee and refreshments are served. Cost for the workshop is $25 per person.

June 2, 2024 Gourd Workshop 2-5 pm

  Learn how to make a gourd into a birdhouse, woven top basket or, come with your own gourd project in mind. You’ll learn how to prep the gourd, clean out the inside and turn it into a beautiful gourd project. All materials are furnished. Cost is $25 per person and refreshments are served.

June 9, 2024 Steamed Buns/Spring Roll Workshop 2-5pm

  Learn how to make both rolls from scratch and how to fill them with meat and veggies. You will see how to make the dough, prepare the filling and how to cook them properly. Cost for the class is $25 per person, includes all materials and plenty to eat.

July 14, 2024 Homemade Ice Cream Workshop 2-5pm

  Learn how to make Homemade Ice Cream using several different techniques. Several different flavors will be made and consumed during the workshop. Bring a cooler to take some home. Cost for the class is $25 per person, includes all materials and plenty to eat.

July 21, 2024 Blacksmith Workshop

  Beginner class from 12:30-3:30pm You will learn about blacksmith tools and forges. How to heat metal and hammer it into useful items. All materials are included for the class in the workshop fee.

  Advanced class from 3:30-6:30pm you will learn to make more advanced project(s) with heavier metals. You will do your project from start to finish. Cost for the Workshop is $55 per person, per class and we ask participants to wear close toed shoes. Refreshments are served.

August 18,2024 Cherokee Double Walled Basket Workshop

  Participants will learn how to make a double walled Navajo Basket using reed. All materials are included in the workshop fee and refreshments are served. Cost for the workshop is $25.

National ALPACA Farm Days October 5 & 6, 2024 noon to 5pm both days

Pony Rides, Hand Feed the Alpacas and other animals, Blacksmithing, Bean Soup & corn bread, demonstrations on using fiber and visit the Farm Store.  Lots of Pumpkins, gourds and materials for your Fall decorating. Free Event
